I thought that was white glue!!!! Your "Tranquil" layout's title is done with that right???? Cause in one pic (in Sheryl's 20 items challenge thread) it's white and then in the other thread...the writing is dry and clear

I have been Extremely guilty of taking pics of los before the glue dries... otherwise I rarely get to it!!

At first I thought you were using Fabric paint (like the one I use on my Elsie-inspired layouts), but then I saw that it was dry
I think it's great!!!! LOVING the white glue idea
